    Burt and Hayne, can't go wrong.

  2. Incey BC Jacobs

    Maybe its where Reddy is going to slip in...

  3. Boobidy BJ Gemmell

    :lol:

    Soward is a one game wonder.

  4. Ged GEC King

    Finch is better than most of you are giving him credit for. He's a quality halfback.

  5. Boobidy BJ Gemmell

    ****in oath he is. I would love him as backup for Wallace.

  6. Hybrid A Kolar

    Basically what I've been ranting about since the dawn of time.

  7. Hybrid A Kolar

    Legend.

  8. Jakester A Pimpkins

    Panthers need him more than anyone else. I mean, Sammut....

    I'd argue it was Anderson who conceded defeat after five rounds by dropping one of his best players - who was basically only playing poorly due to Anderson's ****-ups in selection in the first place - rather than just trying to see it through.

  10. Cribbage RG Cribb

    Reddy's injured. Calf strain.

  11. Cribbage RG Cribb

    Jeff Robson is playing halfback this weekend.

    I couldn't disagree more.

    Finch was an excellent organiser. One of the best in the NRL, in fact.

    He struggled when he had to do more than this - ie. actually produce creative plays. At the top of his game he did this at well but at anything below his best form, he looked awful in this role.

    Parramatta's mistake was trying to play him in both roles by picking someone with absolutely no creative game at five-eighth. Finch should have been used primarily as an organiser with the five-eighth taking over most of the creative side.

    There aren't many halfbacks who could successfully work with Jarryd Hayne at five-eighth. Finch is probably the least-suited halfback to playing without a creative five-eighth in the comp, barring possibly Mitchell Pearce.

    I have no doubt that in the past he was a good player, but the last 4 weeks i haven't seen much "organising from him.

  14. Cribbage RG Cribb

    If you pick your side based purely on what has happened on the past four weeks all the time, you'll use 85 players a year a get the spoon.

  15. AVA T Delonge

    THEY HAD JARRYD HAYNE AT 5/8TH FOR ****S SAKE!!!

    Hayne should have been moved to centre, and Kris Keating, who was playing in the ****ing match, should have moved to 5/8th due to our epic failure in attack. No way can you pin this on Finch, he is just the scapegoat.

  16. Hamazio PG Daly

    Isn't Kris Keating the halfback with all the wraps?

  17. Hybrid A Kolar

    Dire. Did you watch Parramatta play in 2008 at all? :p

    Hayne is a winger, and a damn good one at that. He's a ****ing terrible centre.

  18. AVA T Delonge

    Centre/Winger, same shit. :p

    I meant winger anyway. What would have been smarter than Finch --> 9 would have been:

    Hayne --> Wing
    Reddy --> Centre
    Smith --> Backrow
    K Keating --> 5/8th

    ****ing dropkick coach decides to **** over Finch instead.

  19. Flack SA Flack

    The **** better not come to Penrith, I don't want to see him in Panther colours.

  20. Cribbage RG Cribb

    Yeah, he saw half a Parra game, and one a half world cup games. It qualifies him to be a complete expert on all things Parramatta.
