Green and Johns are a very good pairing and that will be our "weapon" I would say. But I would agree we dont have that stand out bowler. Seeing how Tait does will be interesting, he has the potential to become a strike bowler. This season's Eggman hopefully
Could well have been 2 tbh had certain things gone our way. And our defeat to the vics was in no way the fault of the bowlers.
How many were we in a position to win? How many defeats were the fault of the bowlers? How many were down to me? GAGF
Bullpitt signing for the Gamblers really levels the playing field: 1. Crusaders - 86.02 2. Stingrays - 85.38 3. Sticky Wickets - 83.89 4. Cyclones - 83.64 5. Vipers - 83.63 6. Pumas - 83.29 7. Ravens - 82.69 8. Gamblers - 82.10 That's assuming that the Saders just replace Bullpitt with Hutchinson, btw.
Stingrays and Crusaders in a league of their own really though. I still think the top 3 is unchanged though.
Wow, we're in for a really good season If Bullpit rips it up and their batting performs as they should they might actually have a decent chance of nipping a semi's spot. Has Jeffy signed for the Saders?
If Bullpitt rips and their batting line-up performs they will more than nip a semi a spot. The rest of their bowling attack are still decent bowlers.
I'd say this season, you could probably do with Green not being a defensive bowler, if you had the choice.
Yeah I would agree. I tend to bowl pretty tight too so we almost have 2 guys who hold an end up and build pressure. If Tait steps up though it may work well.
