Changes are good. Anything to break my last 3 seasons of shithouse form.

That's some pretty indepth stuff. Hopefully it doesn't mean I'll be rubbish forever.

I'll have to sit down and read it properly.

  3. Rocks DN Boland

    Cue the resurgence of Gemmell

    The rise of Boland.

  5. Incey BC Jacobs

I don't know what has been said on the retirement idea recently, but is that looking likely to ever be an option?

  6. Cribbage RG Cribb

Not relevant to this thread at all, but no.

Some very interesting changes, point 4 in particular - good work Cribb.

these changes wont happen imo, cribb will be too addicted to league of legends

Is he having a go at LoL now?

  17. Escath LE Schaw

He said he installed it, but he hasn't played with us yet.

  18. Hunter AD Hunt

Cunts to leave Cribb alone. He has more important things to do. Finish S11, finish the PPL database, RLsim, etc.

  19. Sultan Pepper HG Emm

All good except the meaningless games being used as trials/resting players to avoid injury. Both real world tactics imo, overall probably better for this though.

I am hoping 2 and 4 will benefit me personally.

You see it a lot in 1st class cricket where a player will burst onto the scene and be an abolute machine, then the expectations and the 2nd season comes around and they fall back to earth with a thud, only to work their way up, not so much as a God like they were when they started, but simply as a quality cricketer.

On the otherhand, there are those who are Bradman when they debut, only to deteriorate gradually and end up playing out their days as a semi-pro.

My current career is following the former, as I was a beast, then turned to shit almost overnight, now I am working my way into being a solid performer.
