Some really stupid questions in here it must be said. I really like the idea since it's become apparent that being 100% isn't exactly ideal, well in my case anyhow.
Is there any sort of fatigue in this sim ? If so, as a draw back from this "training" players could start the season with a lower fatigue level than normal ? or something similar to kind of reward players for not messing about with training ?
Keen for this so bad. I thought when i first signed up it would be important to have FH as a backup but with Scoble in the team it's an attribute i'd rather forget and focus on becoming a great HB.
Yep... The three types of position for each position are like a spectrum e.g. Scrummaging - Balanced - Ball Winning Scrummaging - Balanced - Metre Making You would only be able to transfer one position along the spectrum: Scrummaging ---> Balanced Ball Winning ---> Balanced Balanced ---> Ball Winning or Scrummaging
Sounds good to me. I definitely think 10s should be able to change to 12 though. Not a crashball centre mind. Its perfectly reasonable to think that someone like Alessi could train to play at 12 becasue he would be more useful there for his club than as a backup 10.
There isn't fatigue at the moment, but it is something I'm working on with v3. The drawback of a change is that if you are currently a good player, adjusting your rego may make you worse.
AVA's spot on, but the amount of people failing to understand what to me seems a fairly simple premise is putting me off the idea somewhat. I don't have any desire to explain the same thing to the same people over and over again ad infinitum.
Fair enough. I don't usually agree or like your posts, but this is an exception to the aforementioned.
Abandon it! People should be sure of what they want to be and how they want to distribute their attributes when they do so, not for changing later on!
Yeah don't really see a need for this, it wouldn't effect the game much as its only a 5% change, people should be happy with what they have, and stick with it imo
