Anyone else having a punt? I'm staying away from matches where I feel the odds are right or close to right despite feeling tempted but I'm definitely gonna be punting on the odd few where I think the odds offer something. Will be getting on Brazil for the win on Friday, though.
Im on a few with golden boot. Argentina will score the most goals in the tournament IMO, but they have so many avenues at goal which makes it tough. I put a bit on Aguero though, just because their group is so poor he's a real chance to score plenty as well as Messi or someone else still scoring a lot too.
Sportsbet money back if one of 3 legs loses is pretty good. I'll chuck a couple paying $1.40 in then a speculative draw. Other then that I'll just get on first goalscorer in any game I watch.
Got Argentina in a tab promotion for world cup basically pts for every goal golden boot and progress through tournament
Will post up what my spreadsheet says is good odds in a tick. Last time I did this I posted it up before I put the bets on myself and a few cunts heavily tailed and fucked the odds for me so I'm making my bets first - though I do know these markets have far more cash in them so people tailing wouldn't distort the odds anyway, imma gonna be safe. note: I'm not betting on everything I post. and what I post isn't 'what's likely to win' but just 'which odds favour the punter'
I was going to. Then I looked at previous world cup results. Not touching this tournament at all, it can be completely random at times.
Seriously was ridiculous. Was on novelty AFL fantasy point betting head to heads which understandably is a small market but the odds went from 1.85 to 1.50 on one bloke in 10 minutes, most came in 10c or so so i was not impressed #bitter
So many ridiculous deals going around on the web there's no reason why you should be losing money on this WC if you're shopping around. Luxbet sent me a letter saying they've randomly deposited $50 in my account to bet on the WC.
NZ TAB has some $5m promotion on. Free to enter, $5m prize. Pick the result in every game to win the $5m. Might even be pick the score.
