    Put £10 into the old Paddy Power account and will hopefully get £20 (they promised credit tomorrow). They are doing a refund on the USA v England game if you get the 1st/last goalscorer wrong and Rooney scores. So i plumped for Heskey to score at decent odds with England to win. If Heskey scores 1st/last and England win i get around £60
