They dont completely make your team but they make a massive difference to your bowling attack. I will be interested to see if you bring anyone in next season to replace them because you really dont have the guys in ALC you can bring up, I would be guessing you would bring in TSF and Welker, not exactly the same standard.
They already have a Tyson replacement lined up, as well as some experienced batting to help the Crocs out. Replacing Man's going to be hard for them though.
