Should say that if he doesn't reach the deadline he has to give us what he's done, and then a new guy can use that as a base.
Agree with tart, a partial refund and whatever coding he has already completed, he really is mucking us around. Someone needs to give him whats for.
Whilst it's annoying I still can't really see why Eds could not pay Cribb a fee in return for having the stats database that RL Sim uses; it's pretty similar to that of RU, obviously there would be tweaks needed, and another programmer could possibly do that. This is quite a chunk of a sim and Cribb has set it with Post Rank etc. so it would reduce the amount of time. I'm not too fussed, so long as we see simming before the end of year I'm happy so long as the wait is worth it!
As always, I'll do my best to get a decent sim and some decent simmage as soon as possible. In the meantime, we'll continue with the 1vs1 tournament and I have another idea that we can use if the wait for a new sim is heavily delayed.
I guess but it's just the player stats so surely he could just isolate that part of the programme and send it out? Was just a thought though, hopefully this bloke can get his act together and sort it.
