Gemmell is not on the decline. His batting is as good as ever, he just is failing to make the most of his starts.

Your bowling has question marks afaic. Even Tyson only averaged 35 with the pill for most of the season in a team that dominated with the ball, moreso than you will.

The Vipers are on the rise and it gets a bit lost imo. They've lost no one from their firsts side and gained a decent opener. It'll certainly be more open next season. If things stay as they are for the Rays in terms of signings, we'll most likely look at a different strategy. Our top 6 will most likely be improved upon and we'll be relying on our batting a bit. If myself and farny have similar seasons to this one, there's no reason why we can't challenge the top teams. Welker averaged 20 all season in alc and will most likely come up to the top grade at least in home matches. Steal a few away from home and we'll be right.

Oh ye Short, but hes no replacement in all honesty. Masters looks promising though. You can't deny losing the pair of them will hurt you. You'll be up there no doubt but you won't dominate like last season.
