With plenty of forties to my name averaging 49 or so is to be expected. Very low down the pack of top run getters though. Still, I suppose its not too bad.

Converting FTW. 7 50's, 5 Hundreds. Genuine opener imo

    Look at it this way...

If all 9 BS teams picked their best 6 batsmen, and all the batsmen were distributed evenly amongst the clubs, the top 54 batsmen on that list would be BS standard.

You're 40th on that list, which would make you BS standard in theory - something you probably didn't even expect by the end of Season 11's ALC. So you're doing well.

 worst Hughesy. I actually had 5 batsmen typed in originally then changed it to 6; must've screwed with my head slightly. But yeah, my four unit Maths teacher from high school would be very proud of that effort.

Yeah, math aside I get what you're saying. I definitely didn't expect to be BS standard anytime soon. I'm probably the 4th Allstar on the list if I went through it right, although thats probably down to a bit of luck.

    EDIT: Missed Lewis, 5th.

So I was trying to think of a way I could work out what "par" would be for me in this. On the bowlings ranking page, my standard average is 35.84, which judging by the rest of the averages on those rankings means I'd be ranked 39th if I weren't noobowned. Cut to me looking to see if I'm better than that in these bowling averages and - 39th.

You've been pretty good in this for an ALC bowler. A bit inconsistent but that's to be expected and you've certainly showcased your potential a few times.

    If only these counted. :(

While they may not count in your FC and SC stats, they did actually 'happen' as such, so they're proof you're not complete shit and instead just usually perform like you are. Should buy you a little more time in the BS if you happen to fail at first, anyway.

  13. Himannv LV Himann

Yeah I wouldn't mind that either. Averaging 49 with the bat is hardly a shabby number I reckon.

Or I could pull a Son and play third grade season 12. (face)

    NZ also looking very good.

As I said in another thread, New Zealanders always dominate OCC. Don't know why; it's just one of those things.

All that matters atm is that my bowling average is better than Markarse's.(face)
