Because Newcastle were all over them 20 minutes in, Cronulla had lost Gallen, and are on a 4 game losing streak playing Newcastle who haven't lost at home. To their credit they played probably one of their best performance all year. They completed their sets and held their own in the forwards. Carney hadn't done shit when I posted that. Neither you nor Wilson would be questioning that call if they hadn't awarded that bullshit try and or that bullshit call on Boyd being caught in-goal.
He'd only really have to be fit. If he's out for 3 weeks, you could still pick him; he'd have dropped match fitness and wouldn't have played in a month but it's a risk they have to take. Grade 2 tear doesn't sound good though.
