    %JM Eightyfour now has 539 runs @ 77 and he's spent the whole season batting 8. I think he even had a game at 9 at one point. Best tailender ever. Bowls first or second change every week and never takes any wickets but he doesn't need to when you have Faithful and Man in ALC. :p

    Pretty sweet. Just broke 40 with the bat this year and under 20 with the ball.

    Pissed I didn't get a 5fa though. I'd take 6/2 over 4/4.

    lol, and Jaz was worried about his bowling average continuing to be higher than his batting. Keep striking the ball like that and it won't be too long matey.

    I was actually concerned with our fairly weak batting line-up that we might have got smashed in this one. All round a pretty decent bowling effort, just needed someone to get a 4/5fer in that second innings.

    Nah. Not if you can bat. He's an all-rounder. A tailender to my mind should be a bowler or, potentially, an old-school keeper who can't bat. He could easily be batting 6/7 for other teams. It's just the Punters' balance that has conspired to have him batting 8/9.
