    Nah, losing Mogg definitely makes you a worse team, but it takes your chances from 0 to 0, which isn't a difference I'd call "serious hurt".

    Laffranchi played quite a bit of prop at the Tigers before he went to you ****s; he went okay as well. He's definitely a better second rower than he is a front rower, but he's a better front rower than most specialists running around tbh.

    I think Laffranchi is at least as good a prop as those guys - or at least was back when he was playing there regularly, anyway - and this way Bird can start.

    It's funny because we've taken the opposite sides to what we usually do.. you usually name shit **** second rowers in the front row and I tell you you're an idiot for not picking any props. But this is definitely the best option IMO.

    haha, yes i realise the ironing :p

    Matt White's been playing solid, but Bailey's been carrying the forwards big time. I don't think Laffranchi and White can carry the load tbh.


    That and i can see Rogers limping off with a hip problem (he's doubtful already, and will carry the injury through the game), which will result in Laffranchi back in the 2nd row anyway

    Bailey is soft and doesn't run unless there're easy metres to be made. If he gets the ball, looks up and sees someone like Nev Costigan, he deadset runs sideways not to get hurt.
