    Well it's pretty much established that it goes

    Tier 1 - Vipers
    Tier 2 - Allstars
    Tier 3 - Ravens/Pumas
    Tier 4 - Stingrays/Stickies/Gamblers
    Tier 5 - Cyclones/Crusaders

    Given it's a top 3, the Ravens/Pumas matches have extra significance.
