O'Driscoll actually changed again to NSW at the start of the season. He was never really a Queenslander though, I have NFI why he was aligned with you.
Queensland have lots of good players because they're all so experienced - most of them joined up right at the opening of the original forum. However, they don't have that many players. I actually think there are more GB-eligible players than Queensland-eligible players ATM.
Webber's started to become better lately imo. When we first had to select him because he was the last one left, he was very iffy, but now he's quality.
Yeah. Exactly. It's just like real life - our player pool is really very small. We've just got a heap of top players. Our batting stocks are alarmingly low with Peaches defecting. We really need Gee or Man to have a good season.
Kind of kills it if people from NSW/Victoria/GB etc decide they want to join QLD if you know what I mean.
You can't switch anymore. The only reason people could switch last season was the fact that the rep structure changed.
Sif it would ever matter against the owner of the website NZ to get off their arse and get rep status... Can a side lose rep status once it has it?
Going by what you have said in here, you're similar. Exactly. If Colesy was selected because of a few rounds of decent batting, you're going against your whole belief of club form < origin form. I'd have to bring some quotes over from RLeague where your trying to be the MF clone.
I was taking the piss. Colesy isn't eligible for us anyway. On top of that though, Tool Man's qld career has been shithouse iirc.
Worse than shithouse actually. 8 matches and he's averaged 25. The battle for the last batting spot really is wide open. If Gee or Sheehan put in a few good knocks they could find themselves in there.
