    Nah, it's attack Gillett, defence Johnson.

    However Gillett has a superior defensive kicking game, so he edges out Johnson for mine.

    There's probably no player I'd rather in the league than Matthew Gillett when kicking out of a defensive position.

    He has saved the Broncos on many occasions with some amazing defensive kicks.

    You trying to say he isn't one of the top 5 defensive kickers in the league?


    I can't say I've ever seen Johnson kick defensively, therefore I can't rate it.

    I wouldn't say his kicking game is better overall, their offense from the boot is fairly even, it's Gillett's defensive kicking game that tips the scales in his favour.

    Yeah Johnson's attacking kicking game is obviously awesome but people over-rate attack in general; Gillett's the better defensive kicker and therefore the better player.
