Mafia Awards Season II: Nominations

Pretty much copied from last season's nominations.

I'd prefer if you added a nomination for each position but I'll accept it if you skip a few categories. What I am aiming for in this is between 4-6 options to place in a ballot to be PM'd to me so I can make the official awards thread.

- I will not be voting for this to try keep it as unbiased as a forum based awards thing like this can be

- After nominations are over I will provide a ballot in a thread with the most nominated participants and you can all simply pick your faves for those and PM me.

Some of them were a long time ago now. But a brief read of the end of the ones I took part in refreshed my memory somewhat.
