    Gamblers aren't allowed to put pressure on clubs to fold though so if this happens and the Pumas go, the Gamblers go too. Watch your step.

    I don't get it. Is that just for Gamblers, or is it for everyone (and I don't get it anyway because I'm thick as bro).

    So, essentially if a step the gamblers make directly causes another team to fold, the gamblers go too? And we're down to six teams, wow.

    It's just the Gamblers. It was a condition of their entry originally - the Lions folded and Gemmell was nagging me to let them in, and I kept saying no because new teams often put pressure on existing teams that are in a bit of a plateau. He said to me that he'd make sure he didn't sign too many players from teams that might fold if he did, and I eventually caved.

    We've had far too many teams come and go in our short history; we shouldn't have a new set of teams every season. After the Lions went I promised myself I'd do everything possible to keep the seven remaining clubs alive, and establish some tradition and continuity. The Gamblers aren't part of that; I don't have a commitment to keep them so if they cause another club's downfall they can **** off.

    I think there are a few people looking at a Season 11 return for them; would be highly surprised if they returned in Season 10 though. Definitely hoping to just have the same teams two seasons in a row for once...
