Haven't listened to them extensively. Bits and pieces. Thought High Violet was good without being great.
High Violet got better and better with each listen. I listened to hte album twice and thought it was just ok. Hadn't really listened to much of their older stuff either. Then I went to Sunset Sounds and they were playing and they were fucking good, and the amount of fanatical fans they had made me listen to them more.
