Pre-Season Game One. Looks like I'm turning into a proper PF when needed. Good to see. Cambo-Dyer partnership working reasonably well. Need more from Himannv though -- will look to recruit a backup C. O'Driscoll stepping up well, need some activity from him.
Yeah Cambo and I went pretty well considering we were up against Lee/Bakkum. Lee being Lee and me holding even with my opposing SG despite it being my first outing in the position.
Pre-Season Game Two. Well, another promising win. I'm turning into a double-double machine and Prez and Cambo so efficient with the ball. Alex with a strong all-round performance but Himannv definitely still the issue, need a better performance on the boards from him. Will look to get a SF in for the bench. Potentially a rookie.
Anyone reckon I should give up having a training focus. I seem to have become a lot more inconsistent ever since I tried it out. Or perhaps I'm just superstitious.
If you do have do you still get all round updates still or does it make all other skill improvements slower if you have a focused training skill
Well, at least my dip in form is happening in pre-season games and not actual matches. I was strangely better in my first season than I was in any of the other seasons following that. So weird.
Fung (SF) and Verigotta (C) in. All 8 slots now filled with contracted players. O'Driscoll will drop to the bench, Fung to 3, Ames to 4. Which is particularly handy because it comes in time to allow me to defend Force, against the Polar Bears. Hopefully Goat can step up and take some of the burden off of Himann, Fung coming in also allows me to spend more time at the 4 and gives us more front court depth. We're looking at this for now: Cambridge Dyer Fung Ames Himann Witters O'Driscoll Verigotta
