234/6 with about 40 minutes of play left. Flintoff comes on and takes a wicket with his 2nd and 3rd balls before a run out off the 6th. Then it became a matter of whether Tahir and Kaneria could hold out for half an hour... They couldn't.
**** yeah boys! Flintoff WAG! Bevan finally delivers the goods with the bat too. Means everyone in my batting lineup has tonned up now.
A Crawlers win was too much to hope for. That blasted third innings again. Sigh. Not to be for poor Youssou N'Dour.
Can't believe I played an extra bowler of the calibre of Tahir and they still racked up a huge score. Gutted. Also, Prior is gun.
When you bat gun down to 9 its hard to restrict the total. Even Kumble who bats 10 has a few 50's to his name
