    Deadset if I could land all the hurdles with the Emm method I'd blitz it. Got 11.3 with stacking two hurdles!

    Yeah I found that I couldn't go full tilt with the dual mash as I'd nearly jump two hurdles at a time and stack.

    Might try and beat the record a bit later this afternoon, had to give the phalanges a rest

    Shit man, maybe we can use this method of running in real Olympics. Use both legs at the same time instead of one at a time. Two legs = more power = quicker than 1.
