.gif Avatars... Is there a way to up the size limit?

    It says it's 120x120, and 19.5kb... That's very small and most .gifs that I've seen seem to be pretty high quality and look like they're bigger than 19.5kb...

    So I just wanna know, is there a way to get a bigger size limit for an .gif avatar?

    I think it might have been when I asked the same question here actually, cos I wanted this avatar which I have everywhere but it was too big. An admin eventually changed my avatar for me.
