    Yeah they're not trying to breed a bunch of single combat fighters, they're making a disciplined slave army. Strong enough to swing a sword and hold a big ass spear is all they need when you have 100 other blokes who will reliably do the same next to you.

    Been asking that question all series TBH, only showed up when Jon was off with the Wildlings and he was fucking left behind to defend Sam. Jon forgetting about Ghost has been the most illogical bit of the series IMO, I must've wondered about it at least once an episode...
