The suggestions of Brienne meeting the Hound come form the shoulder shown in the clip with Arya and the Hound and how it matches Brienne's armour.
Brienne knows Arya is with the Hound and she swore an oath, so she would attack if he didn't give her up. Then I think both of them get fucked up and Brienne is taken captive by the Brotherhood while she's knocked out. Annoyed a bit only because the geek in me thinks the Hound is clearly the best warrior in westeros and while I think Brienne is good, she lacks the skill and experience to beat him. The cricsim show only contingent will have an interesting reaction. The more rustic ones think Brienne is rubbish because she's a woman (ironic really considering how she's perceived by series characters), and they'll be using the Hound losing as evidence he sucks when I'm positive he could beat his brother. the pic ftr
i didn't really believe the saint tyrion stuff much but that sneaky good terms parting - well the writers know the ending but glossing over the shit tyrion said next time he and jaime meet seems a bit unlikely. and they butchered the perfect chance to reveal stoneheart.
Dunno why people think Stoneheart is such a major character. She isn't. Definitely cool and interesting but hanging some Freys is pretty much \_/ Using her to intro next season could be pretty cool. Echo the first season a bit with a long scene of a Frey riding out into the woods to ransom one of his kin. Ends up getting LSH'd.
she's crucial to whatever will happen with jaime, who is a real wildcard character in terms of where his story will go. likewise i can't help but wonder what littlefingers reaction would be if they ever met. i guess thematically she works well next season if they take the spotlight away from kings landing (cersei is boring) and focus on the northern conspiracy and wall plotlines. she fits quite nicely into a parallel with reek and his whole "what is dead may never die" and "you must remember your name" arcs. "the north remembers" "she don't say much, but she remembers" etc. plus the shock value is too good to leave out surely? nothing pays for multi-million dollar battle scenes like big WTF moments that bring in viewers.
The Skeletons are definitely in the book. I don't remember Jojen dying though. I think they will reveal LSH in the next series, there aren't too many big shocks left to put in at the start. I enjoyed the finale, there were alot of really good moments in it. Esepcially enjoyed Arya's bit even though they deviated somewhat with Brienne
Yeah this. Plus it ties up both the brotherhood and Brienne's story lines. Surely they won't leave them open Yeah he does. He completely disappears from Kings Landing until the end of book 5 when he kills Kevan
