    Bassong was such a gun pick up for me, missed out on a lot of players I wanted and ended up signing heaps of youngsters.

    Bassong was a good signing, had a release clause in his contract though and Real Madrid came in and paid the 7.5m, I'm spewing struggling to find a good CB to replace him.

    Might have a go at this, but have been hitting up the lower leagues. Brentwood Town have surged all the way up from Isthmian North into League Two. So easy to get a better squad than your rivals at that level. Signed some young Canadian chap - Le'Vere de Corbin-Org (great name) and he was five-star ability when I signed him in Isthmian North, and now I'm in League Two, he's still 4.5 stars. Shame he wants out to a bigger club...

    Haven't managed a Premier League team in FM for years. Should be worth a crack.
