Okay - So, new FM Challenge, QPR this time. Post end of season results, end of transfer window shiz etc. If Zohaib you get fired, you're out really. I've set attribute masking as off (edit, it's now off). Start as QPR. Professional Footballer experience. In Skippos Eds Eddie Blunder Weeman27bob Alex Zakaron Magic Julian Baxter
I can change that if you think it's best? IMO means there's more skill involved although probably gives experienced managers on FM12 an advantage. C'est my first game since d/l'ing FM12 haha, first one I haven't bought I guess so I wanted the challenge. Might change that though.
Attribute masking is a must imo. Means you actually have to use your scouts. Will probably join this properly after exams but may start this now
Just btw am using the original version so no cisse or anyone for me think everyone should do that as it's the default but not fussed
Think everyone should do 12.2 as they've actually bought it instead of being cheap. Ftr, attribute masking isn't a must atm. It basically just takes you an extra 3 days to be able to look at a player. Doesn't make any difference.
I've got a family to support Have bought 07, 08, 09, 10, 11 I think, I'm giving myself a loyalty bonus :'(
Guess people can just choose attribute masking. There's no way to stop people having it on or off anyway so it'd be an honesty thing so it's easier to just allow people to not have it on.
Interesting start to the season away at Liverpool. Liverpool are all over me in the first 20 minutes with something like 83% of the possession. Somehow Wright-Phillips scores with our first attempt of the game. Then I find out instead of playing 4-1-4-1, we're playing 4-4-2 with Barton upfront, so I switch that round, but still gain no hold over possession. Go into the break level. Carroll scores early on in the second half before Barton, predictably, gets sent off in the first game of the season. Maxi scores the winner 5 minutes from time to see us lose in the opening game. Four shots in total for QPR and all in the first half. All a bit of a shambles really.
