Salary Cap would be interesting but too flawed. I quite like the idea of fitness for players. My idea would be use it for fielding stats, so more vCash = gunner fielder obviously. Would be interesting if it could be implemented, especially for OD and T20 as fielding is such a large part of the game.
That sounds feasible. Would be good for injuries too, if your side has injuries there would be a speedier recovery for a player at a club with more money - better doctors, facilities, etc etc.
How many times has Cribb rejected that idea, counting the times he's rejected all crazy/stupid ideas?
Give him a break; we were talking about Bannerman Shield rivalries. It'd be harsh to expect him to know anything about those.
You brought up jealousy, I was pointing it that it makes little sense to be jealous of something inferior to what you have.
Didn't know I was the only bowler at the Saders tbh. Guess that might be an easy mistake to make though, seeing our immense batting line-up most would have to think we were only going to play two, maybe three bowlers.
With an immense batting lineup you could afford to play more bowlers if anything. Clearly not jealous of your intellect either.
