Fuck I'm nervous for this. Been four years since I've done this last, not used to it haha. Reckon there's an inside chance Gardner will play today. The whole week has just reeked of smoke screen.
On my way back home from The Cowboys/Broncos game in Townsville last night. Should be back in a few hours. Plenty of time to prepare for the game. Turned $100 into just over a grand last night so I'm gonna chuck $200 on the Sharkies!.
Hard game to pick. Cronulla's the better team but being in Canberra is a big bonus for the Raiders. Take the Sharks in a close one.
Haven't Canberra been a little poor at home this season? Won 6 lost 6 and their for and against is actually negative.
Yeah. But it's a zero sum game. Much rather be in Canberra than in Cronulla. 6 point difference at least IMO.
Here is a random stat my brother just threw at me: Under Tony Archer the Raiders have won 29.6% of their games. Under Chris james the Raiders have won 42.9% of their games. Looks like the Raiders are playing the Sharks + the referees. ninjai
Those are the most useless stats ever. I had banana bread on the eve of Broncos final defeats this year and last but because it's the 9th today the Raiders will win, Ahh but it's past midday so there's a chance the Sharks can win as well.
Yeah that probably takes the cake for meaningless stats, seeing as Canberra lose half their games anyway. I'm pretty certain Cronulla only win 35% of their games under Chris James.
Have to agree. Gallen saying it's too risky to throw Gardner in to week 1 of the finals makes no sense. How is it any more of a risk than any other weeks of the finals? Shit like this just sounds fishy - ''By him not checking that his passport had expired, he's probably cost himself a semi-final spot,'' Gallen said. Wade Graham back is a big positive too. Those two come into the side and the Sharks are virtually full strength. Pomeroy's no loss.
