Kennedy/Swan/Thompson not happening. Rich won't win Brisbane. Sylvia has no chance. Cox has little chance. Hawkins or Johnson will win out Selwood..

 

I think either Watson or Ablett will win the brownlow to be honest. Ablett could be anywhere depending on how umpires view players on losing teams (by a fair margin). Watson will defs be top 3.

 

I know it's unlikely but it's 1001 odds and I've got the cash to risk it, haha.

Again - I don't expect it to happen - I just think the likelyhood is well greater than the odds. Rich had a few 3 vote games - 12 votes and he could grab it. Redden's probably a good shout though at 2.85 tbf - can't see rocky getting it.

Sylvia had 10 excellent games towards the end of the season - I can see him polling 8-12 in them, seriously and you never know with that. Bartel's a serial vote getter so it's worth a punt.

 

Dunno, I don't have Rich on any more than 5 votes which is well below Black, Redden and Rockliff.

Yeah I have Sylvia on anywhere between 6-10 but I reckon 8-12 could be likely as it's sylvia but I've noticed that players who nab 25 odd touches with a bunch of tackles poll well - sylvia had heaps of ~25 touch 7 tackle games. Umpires notice that. he's also flashy. Just a suspicion. I'm yet to make my brownlow bets as I wanted to see how I'd go tonight - I mightn't put money on rich, to be fair.

I think you're forgetting Hawkins, he had five or six best on ground performances this year.

 

He's been the best - but I don't like his chances. I just can't see him catching the umpires' attention. But then again, I've been wrong plenty before.

 

I still won my 500 dollar bet.
