Because he had 1 poor origin game (the other was decent), he's instantly classed as a failure. That's just stupid. At least if you said he didn't suit origin because of his style, I would understand, but saying he's a proven failure in that sense is just so damn stupid. Regardless, it's good to see you at least realise he's a better hooker than you've previously given him credit for.
Beale was actually quite good tonight, Wal was the worst Bronco though. Gave us no direction and made a number of errors. He needed to deliver but he was poor. Disapointing.
Lockyer Thaiday Folau Glenn Hodges Such a ****wit comment. As above You're a ****ing moron. Agree with all of that. Was at the game, and it was pretty piss poor. Although it was in shit conditions. I thought we were the better team all night, but lacked the experience to go on with it. If Lockyer played tonight, we would have won by 18.
Lol Tigers were terrible in the first half, Broncos were better even though they made a shitload of errors too.
Individually, he wasn't bad, but as a halfback and the main playmaker, he was terrible. He looked really, really lost out there.
Anyway, I thought Hoffman was great, Winterstein was good, Tronc played well, Kenny and Sims both played like they have towards the end of last year...but Sims needs more minutes. Te'o was very good too, and Parker was the best on the field. McGuire impressed as well.
That's What I'm saying. We were rudderless tonight. Wal couldn't handle the defence closing his options on the open side and he would always step back into the ruck, do an inside ball, get smashed or drop it. I was really an opportunity for us to see how he would go, but he was shit. You have basically listed our pack, which was awesome tonight. Our playmakers let us down though. Gillett and Beale hardly got any quality ball. We were way too flat.
The fact that you judge a teams performance by watching 40min of football show you have no ****ing idea what your talking about.
He was awesome when Lockyer was out when he ****ed his knee. He was our only play maker. Gillett should have been 5/8
