As i understand the ruling, if you charge the kicker, you needa use your arms. If you make a legitimate attempt to tackle (ie use your arms), you get the benefit of the doubt when it comes to the penalty. But if you drop the shoulder with no arms (ie Corey Parker), you get penalized. Stupid rule yes, but it's been called like that for most of the season... But yea, dire call, was pretty much simultanious or however you want to spell it
