For round 2 I am in not going to have a go at teams for not having line-ups in as it was my circumstances that held everything up, with the fact I was unable to sim until the past couple of days again. Going forward however I don't want to have to chase up line-ups like I have had to do so far for almost every set of games. I would like to sim a round a week at least, I wouldn't mind being able to do more than that after the gap in simming. My plan is to have the next season of this running during the offseason of CricSim to help keep simming happening on the site. So the follow deadlines will be set: Reserve team line-ups are to be posted within 24 hours of the completion of the first team game. First team line-ups are to be posted within 24 hours of the completion of the reserve team game. If teams do not meet these deadlines then I may proceed with an unchanged line-up and points may be deducted.
Not necessarily because i don't think he plans to sim the Reserve game the day after usually. So it will be say name 1st grade team > team plays on Monday > By the end of Tuesday reserve team named > Reserve team plays on Thursday/Friday > Within 24 hours 1st grade named etc.
Yeah as Raide says I won't definitely sim reserve games the next day, so it isn't going to always be 48 hours, sometimes it may be though. I really don't feel the deadlines I have set are rushing people too much. The reserve team does not take much thought really. At present it is just play the blokes that didn't start for the first team, unless they got injured or suspended when they got subsituted on. Even if I am doing quickfire simming and it is only 48 hours between 2 first team games that should be enough time. In the first 24 hours teams should be able to identify players that need to be looked at and then in the second 24 hours they can look at how the reserves went and if any did enough to earn a call up.
I think if you're going to tell someone to chill, you probably shouldn't follow it up with the point that you didn't/weren't going to read the entire post.
Due to continual non-naming of line-ups Victorious Secrets FC have been docked 3 points. If there continues to be non-naming of line-ups they will face further sanctions. Non-naming of line-ups not only effects the whole competition but also effects their own players as they may deserve to be playing but are not being given the opportunity.
