    Super league is probably better.

    Probably?

No way they get paid in the AMNRL. Only Jacksonville gets crowds out of any note. The competition would be far below NSW Cup IMO.

A few years back didn't Australia F beat the 'american' team with massive ease?

    They even had Sideshow Bob.

Last time we played them we almost lost I think. That was years ago now.

The American Tomahawks team isn't even the best Americans. It's run by David Niu and the AMNRL. There's 2 seperate rugby league competitions in the USA, a few teams in the AMNRL split off and formed the USARL with some new teams. No one from the USARL (rival competition of the AMNRL) is selected regardless of how good they are.

Got a mate who's a scout for one of the New York teams (think its new york), standard must be around park footy as I mentioned I was thinking about heading over and he said I could get a run and free accommodation. Didn't sound like there'd be match payments though.

I'd say so, pretty sure Daniel Wagon was over there at one stage.

I don't even know what's the point of having a competition over there. It's like, "I can play some sport no one over there watches, or I can chill as an NFL field goal kicker, getting paid $1M a week for sitting in a chair".
