But yeah they're definitely better than the Kings and Brumbies at least. Cobras/Knights/Kittens/TE/Somestars/Punters are all in roughly the same league; really close between those sides depending on who ends up playing ALC each week. There's a gap from 1 to 2 though and a gap from 7 to 8.
Shouldn't the Fangs batting order be Shiv Tuladhar Borisc Force Evans Townsend Asterix Ardley Starris Veza Humble ? Borisc at 8 just seems really sort of crowbarred in there and it's not really needed at all
He's not signed a contract so I guess they're trying to give the people who actually want to play and make an effort to post a chance to bat higher up.
Borisc wasn't even going to play - he's playing over chapnis and payne, both contracted. ALC's a development tool for us and Borisc has indicated his lack of interest in being contracted i.e. a long term part of the sim so it's better to give the developing players time at the crease. while it might be better in the short term - long term it hinders. Plus he was actually picked mainly for his bowling - as strange as that sounds. and apparently he's nerfed anyway.
Borisc was picked because they thought he was a better bowler than Chapnis or Payne. They didn't want to hinder the development of their rookie bats.

Don't really know what Nova's like. Ardley is having a tough start to his career which I thought is comparable to you. I don't think either of you will be perennially shit though.
