    Yep, go every year. Have been to 4 Grand Finals and i dare say the atmosphere is better at ANZAC day than it is at a Grand Final.

    It sounds ridiculous to those who don't support either Essendon or Collingwood but it's true. Fans of two teams going nuts, instead of fans going nuts at a Grand Final - plus corporates who sit there sipping their green tea.

    Nah, Collingwood member.

    Each to their own. A lot of people i speak to think ANZAC day is a better atmosphere - then again, they support one of the two teams.

    The Dockers were pretty impressive on Saturday - injuries to the Eagles aside. I mean people can say what they like about the brand of footy St Kilda used to play, but Ross Lyon is definitely one of the best coaches in the league and has Freo playing attractive football.

    They are probably a target short up forward to really compete this season, but they are a real shot at the top four.

    Pearce is also a pretty great pickup. I know he was pants at Port for a while, but even if he takes some of the pressure off Hill he'll prove to be an astute signing.

    I reckon hes a gun. Real ability to break a game open and with the other good midfield types around him at Freo won't cop as much defensive attention and will start to prosper a bit more as a footballer.
