    So apparently players are saying they don't want to play if the crowds are locked out, so a postponing of the season is looking likely. Just call the season here and give the premiership to the Eels I say, try again next season.

    Doubt players are that concerned about playing in empty stadiums. They'd be just as eager to get the season underway as the supporters.

    I imagine it's club suits playing politics getting to angle for some cash hand outs from the NRL.

    I'm sure we'll eventually see teams who haven't used their captain's challenge randomly use it in the last 10 mins over nothing just to purposely slow down the game and get a breather if they're trying to defend a lead.

    Can't even turn up at the first game of the new stadium. Pretty damn inept. Cowboys still 0 evolution or overhaul in their structures especially in defence.

    Do you think that will last? Big islanders seem to have great movement and speed when they are young but once they're a bit older they seem to slow down a lot.

    Well as you would have heard the Rght Hon Jacinda Ardern Prime Minister of New Zealand has placed a regulation into affect quarantining all visitors for 14 days upon arrival into new zealand effective Monday.

    This will make it impossible for the Warriors to travel back and forth to Aus.

    The NRL in their wisdom has recommended, and our team has agreed, at short notice not fly back tonight. We will apparently live in either Darwin or Townsville for the next 6 months and play our home games in a spare stadium.

    A support crew will fly out on tuesday with suitcases of clothing and supplies necessary to stay in Australia for six months,

    The wives and families were told by email this afternoon and some are heart broken. Others don't know how it will work as they have a new born infant to look after.

    I give the situation two weeks before the season is cancelled as these ladies will rightfully complain and Jess Blair wife of Adam Blair has been active on social media tonight. She is not happy.

    I think a better outcome might be finacially compensating the warriors and excluding them from the comp.

    In terms of the warriors fans reaction. We are rooting for the season to be cancelled as we were going to be spoon this year. Next year we will get new recruits and can let go of some high priced contracts for players we don't want.

    On a personal note my business trip from Wellington to NSW was cancelled last week due to the virus and I have lost maybe 15% off my retirement fund in the stock market downturn. My personal share portfoilo has also tanked.

    Our combined team would still come last as you say but the back line would be lethal. And the back row 11 12 and 13 would be respectable.
