Trust Hartley to be a) biting people and b) being so sly about it to not be seen on any kind of evidence. Should throw away the key clearly

It's now 12 against 15, and Gloucester are still winning.

    Lolwut

Good bonus point win for us today, new contract for Goneva too which is reassuring.

  5. Howe JHF Howe

    Penalty try, everyone fights

  6. Howe JHF Howe

Think it's safe to say Gloucester will not get back into this with 11 men.

BT sport commentary on Tom Youngs just now

  8. Mariner CL Warrington

Wait we're on BT today? Smashing so far.

  9. Mariner CL Warrington

So we are then, Flood! Simple stuff for the bonus point.

  10. Howe JHF Howe

The difference in defending has been vast.

  11. Mariner CL Warrington

Haha Flood, WAG. Wish he was staying :(

  12. Mariner CL Warrington

Insane try, but we're letting this go here. Disappointing.

That tour is going to be such a debacle. Could undo a lot of hard work that's been leading to the World Cup if we're not careful. Last thing the side needs.

    Yeah that's really shit.

I haven't really followed the premiership so who's likely to miss the first test due to the finals?

  16. Mariner CL Warrington

    Leicester/Saracens players with any luck

  17. Howe JHF Howe

Will almost certainly be Saracens and one of Northampton or Leicester.

    So players out are
    Vunipola, M
    Vunipola, B
    Farrell
    Ashton
    Goode

    with the maybes being

    Hartley
    Lawes/Parling
    Wood
    Youngs/Dickson
    Tuilagi/Burrell

    Injured are

    Cole
    Croft
    Webber
    Twelvetrees
    Nowell
    Wade (iirc?)

  18. BoyBlunder BOY Blunder

    That's a savage list

  19. Howe JHF Howe

Our 1st Test XV will be something like

    1. Marler
    2. Ward
    3. Wilson
    4. Launchbury
    5. Attwood/Parling
    6. Robshaw
    7. Kvesic/Haskell
    8. Morgan
    9. Care
    10. Ford
    11. Watson
    12. Eastmond
    13. Tuilagi
    14. Yarde
    15. Brown

With Leicester's injuries it'll be more useful for England if they beat Northants in their semi. But I really don't see Quins or Bath beating Saracens away from home, so they'll end up forming most of the side.

Tbh I think it's not outlandish to consider that our best backline (at least not if Wade is fit and comes in for Watson), but the pack suffers.
