Yeah Garfield is no longer Spiderman, so effectively all the Sony production Spider franchise films are on indefinite hiatus.

(They're goneburger unless this falls through.)

Revisiting Bram Stoker's Dracula, a movie I really liked as a kid. I still have a bit of a hard-on for the flayed-flesh styled armour he wears in the opening scenes.

Anyway, it didn't occur to me as a child, but FMD Keanu is atrocious in this film. Absolutely cringe-inducing, teeth-pulling horrid.

He's lucky he got any work anywhere after this turn-out.

Haha yeah he was in full Bill and Ted mode with a British accent during Dracula.

I never thought I'd see it happen, to be honest.
Sony really must be in a dire situation to be heading this way. There's no way the response to ASM2 is the reason for this. It made over $700m, FFS! Sequels have been greenlit for less than half of that.

Anyway, I know pretty much everyone is rejoicing over this, but I wasn't really happy when I heard this news. I was a fan of the Andrew Garfield movies. Even
ASM2 with all its faults was pretty damn entertaining. I wanted to see another one in the series. I didn't care about Sinister Six or Venom or any of the other spinoffs they were going to do, but I wanted to continue the story they started.

Plus I didn't want all the rabid Marvel fanboys to get what they wanted.

Spider-Man into the Avengers will only add to it. I have only watched bits of ASM2 and have no interest in watching it in full.

I loved ASM1 &2 and really like Garfield as Spiderman. I'll definitely be disappointed if they do scrap that story.

Can't judge the new plot until it happens ofc and I think Spiderman in the MCU is a great thing. I just like that the Sony movies are so different

Had a few hours to kill before a flight so went and saw Kingsman: The Secret Service. Ridiculously OTT but pretty entertaining. Samuel L Jackson's character sucked a bit but the fight scenes and effects were good. Watching Colin Firth kicking some ass was a bit different. I thought the Swedish princess offering up her asshole and the close up of her date at the end was quite amusing (and slightly shocking) lol. 7/10

I wouldn't mind a reboot of Spiderman in the Marvel universe so long as Emma Watson returns :p

    Emma Watson was in spider-man?

To be honest, Reeves has never been a good actor anywhere.

    This.
If Marvel gets their hands on everything, they will all end up looking the same.
I like the Marvel movies (well, most of them), but they are all the same in tone and even similar in story a lot of the time.

That was a big reason why I loved Man of Steel. Completely different to what Marvel is doing. It's also why I'm looking forward to the new Fantastic 4.

Oh I know he isn't; but he is just comically poor in that particular film.

Watched The Voices yesterday. Pretty unique concept, really enjoyed it.

Also watched 50 shades, was absolutely shit.

I don't see why a guy would willingly watch 50 Shades of Grey.

Lol. I did get her to move to another. And I certainly wouldn't let her make me see that movie

And don't call my wife a hoe cunt

50 shades is smut, but it's popular enough to allow women to not feel dirty for wanting to watch it.
