    I don't see how this is treating the true fan like shit? People have full time jobs and barely make it home in time for a 6:30 kick off. Not to mention if they has kids etc. I know I'd be battling to make it home in time if that was me and I'd be pretty pissed about it too.

    Sorry, I was responding to GYR - I mean the live kick-off. It's 8.05pm NSW, which is 7.05pm QLD, not 6.30 as he was suggesting.

    I srsly don't know why we don't have DST. I remember someone saying it's because of some alpaca farmers or some shit up north, but why couldn't they keep their time and SEQ goes into DST?

    Thursday night footy was down 14% in Brisbane
    Friday night footy was down 36% in Brisbane
    Sunday arvo footy was down 9% in Brisbane

    The only live game over round 1 was the worst performer out of the 3 and significantly. Fans just aren't voting the way of Live footy.

    Campbell had managed to fuck everything he's done so far up, why would you expect this to be any different?

    The DS issue has been discussed at length, the thing that shits me about it is that proponents of it often come up with stupid things like talking about curtains not fading and cows still being fine.

    The reality, especially in North Queensland when the sun rises later, is different. They don't want their kids getting out of school at (effectively) 2pm. It's too hot. That's just an example.
