A fit one will run 14-15 kilometres in a game. I'm not sure how that compares to other sports but they're generally running non stop for 110 minutes

I'd recommend Wing as your first position, Centre as your second and Half Forward Flank as your third. That way, when a team signs you up they can start you on the flank while you build up a fitness and experience base and then play you in midfield soon after.
