If it was to decide a Grand final, it would of been no try. Just found this as well Will they honestly leave Penrith alone? All they talked about was bombs earlier this season now Walsh is crap for not putting up bombs? I don't know who wrote it but it wouldn't surprise me if it is Rothfield.
Whoever wrote that isn't wrong. The Panthers were never in the game because they can only score tries off kicks. They have nothing in attack otherwise and therefore should have gone for what worked for them.
After Lewis was gone they really needed to go back to bombs. The only probmem with that is that Minichiello is nearly safe as houses under the high ball.
Yeah exactly. Waterhouse, Pritchard, Jennings, Lewis and Cooper were all unavailable at some stage of the match or didn't even take the field.
The loss of Pritchard before the game and Lewis during was the our two biggest worries. Lewis is so so important to our team it's not funny.
Yeah exactly. Unfortunately, Lewis is becoming a huge, huge part of this side. While it is a good thing, I really want Penrith to find an alternative incase the unthinkable happens. The last thing I want Penrith to turn out like Newcastle.
Not really a bad thing, Lewis is a quality player and it shows through his importance in the team. Just think that we really need to work on our forward pack - need regular FG quality tbh.
