It's because there is only one glaring difference in the online operation of the consoles, cross game chat. Which, afaic, is made irrelevant by the 360's subscription fee.
Then what makes up for the $200 gap in the original console price then? Because if it's stuff like the Bluray player, hard drive capacity and processor power, then I really don't care about it. If I use both for two years, I'll pay approximately the same for both. I'll be primarily using it to play live sports games against CricSim members, so if XBL really is 'better' then it's probably a better option for me really. That's all offset by the fact that I know more people with PS3s though. There's free COD4 which I'd probably play a bit if I get a PS3, but alternatively I'd actually buy PDZ on 360 which I can't get on PS3.
Yeah, and all that is worth the extra $200 IMO. You don't need it, but I've used the heck out of the blurray player. Whatever is the better choice for you, obv. But the 360 has shit ****s like Bender and Hunter, whereas the PS3 has awesome people like myself, Farhat, Snake, Peaches and Colesy. Unfortunately we do have Flack, though. ANd PDZ is horrible. Don't play it, it'll ruin the original.
It's pretty bad. When my friend got it, we all played it for about 30 mins, and then went back to Halo 2. That's how bad it was.
Give in to propaganda a bit more Cribb. Get a 360 so you don't have to play nerds like flack and bedsey in gay shit, and actually have fun while you're playing. Also: C'd. Mad fun online
