What a comeback. Glad my message got through to the Tigers shed at HT to raid Manly's right, like they should've been doing all night. Williams and Farrar were all over the shop. Nadyone is gonna neck himself after Stewart's injury and Manly losing a 20-4 lead. I thought Foran was utterly non-existent. He played as nothing more than an extra ball runner. When they needed direction in the second half it was Lyon or nothing. Foran is no halfback IMO. Congrats Tigers.
Yeah AWTA. I was tipping Manly before I saw their team - in fact I had money on it. Once they picked Foran at halfback though I changed my pick to Wests. I often go on about ball-playing five-eighths playing out of position at halfback and how it doesn't work because they aren't organisers, but Foran's not even a ball-playing five-eighth; he's a running five-eighth. I'd much sooner play him at centre than halfback; he just doesn't seem to have many ball-skills beyond the basic at all and he certainly doesn't make up for it with any organisational qualities.
