Also stacker bowls offies not seam up.....

  2. Skippos SM Morgan

You're a FC player though, so you're ineligible. Even Bakkum is as he's technically an FC player, whereas I'm not.

  3. Skippos SM Morgan

RAGEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! Completely ****s it up then. Would then drop.......... Orr for Smith I'd say.

  4. Farhat AM Farhat

Shit selections. You picked some people for what they've done in BS? Yet you pick others on what they've done in the ALC.

  5. Callum CJ Laing

If you were to pick an ALC XI it has to be purely on ALC performances IMO. OD definite has nothing to do with it.

  6. El Nino J Torres

didnt you play BS round 2 Skippos?

  7. Skippos SM Morgan

If you were in you'd disagree.

It's actually the team I'd think would be most likely to succeed out of ALC based players, So, whether I got that base from BS or ALC, it's irrelevant, it's who I think are the 11 players that would best mould as a team and play well in general. That team IMO would do well in BS.

  8. Skippos SM Morgan

See above. I'm not a first choice player, if someone goes up for a round due to injury, they're not a BS based player (IMO)

Me not even mentioned? A lot of that is career stats and there are a fair few better players around, since about 8-9 players you have in that side are going of ages ago and some performances from early ALC which would've had shit players.

  10. Farhat AM Farhat

Well considering you're #3 bowler is a spinner I think I'd be in the team. But you have Frosty in there who averaged 33 last year in the BS and has an average of 9 after 2 rounds in the ALC.

In the longer format you would stand a chance of making a best XI, even for ALC. You are/were gun at OD cricket but that doesn't mean you should get picked for this because of it.

If the aim was to pick a team of players who are not currently first choice for their clubs who I thought would do the best at BS level, I'd go with this:

    1. %XX Meister
    2. %SM Morgan
    3. %RK Fittaman
    4. %DK Erschoff
    5. %HD Roberts
    6. %M Deane
    7. %EL Volavola
    8. %MD Dorn
    9. %SIA Yates
    10. %P Charles
    11. %GR Smith

    12. %J Ono

That's a bit different from picking an "ALC XI" though, which would be picking a team based purely on long-term ALC performance. That's where you see the likes of Brown, Stacker etc.

    Take note Vipers selectors

  15. Cribbage RG Cribb

    Haha only for GB. :p

TBF your current FC record is pretty poor, you would be hard to pick.

  17. Skippos SM Morgan

I had about 25 names, you were one of them, (had them open in site), then when I exited one out I'd put them in, forgot I'd closed a few's windows, you were one. You'd be 7th bowler or so IMO

Yeah Frosty an off call. Would have you in there probably, maybe over Stacker. But, Jono > You IMO

  18. Skippos SM Morgan

    So you'd choose
    Roberts over Herd
    Deane over Ono
    Yates over Izett
    Fiery Smith over Humble
    Charles over Stevil Smith
    Dorn over Orr
    Fittaman over Stacker.

I'd probably agree with the bolded ones, but not with the others. IMO my team > your team, (if they played). Deane - Ono is a tough one though I guess.

My 2nd grade figures are a lot better than yours and you play 1st grade don't you? They haven't been updated for this season yet either. Rank of 38th and 96 wickets @ 36.87 ain't all that shabby anyway imo.

Nah I'd need some form of miracle to get me into BS this season. And 36.87 is really not up to scratch you need to be avg. 31 or lower to cement a place in BS from what I have seen, at least as a seamer. It might be alright if it was only 20 odd wickets cause it means you haven't played much FC but you have obviously had a few goes and failed. You are a gun SC bowler though.
