I wouldn't have thought Farah, Jennings or Jackson are certanties.

Check Daley's comments. They'll be there.

It's hard picking a Blues side these days. There are so many options, and they're mostly fucking mediocre. lol.

Just the spine alone is difficult. Maloney's gotta be there but fuck it says something about the state of NSWRL that he's one of the walk-ups.

Slater is definitely going to be in the QLD side based on what Walters said today. You cunts all owe me $5.

  6. Julian BJ Taylor

    I don't think he will.

  7. Maroon_Faithful M Faithful

    Why?

  8. Maroon_Faithful M Faithful

Assuming they're all fit, Walters has virtually picked the QLD side already.

    1.Slater
    2.Boyd
    3.Chambers
    4.O'Neill
    5.Gagai
    6.Thurston
    7.Cronk
    8.Myles
    9.Smith (c)
    10.Napa
    11.Gillett
    12.Thaiday
    13.McGuire

    14.Morgan
    15.Lillyman
    16.Papalii
    17.Guerra

(This was even before I heard Walters on the radio which all but confirms it. He literally told Marto exactly what he's thinking, and who gets a tick. He said they have to blood some young guys but they're wary about doing it in Game 1. That was in reference to Jarrod Wallace. So you'd assume the same applies for Hess. He said Guerra gets a tick. Napa is a certainty too just depends what number he wears. O'Neill is there, as are Chambers and Gagai.

Slater may still miss out which would bring Oates in, but I find it very unlikely based on Walters's comments last night. Oates hasn't been in great form either.

  9. Mr Fourex MR Fourex

    Oates has been strong.

  10. Maroon_Faithful M Faithful

For anything other than just running the ball, not really.

  11. Mr Fourex MR Fourex

LOL.....what else should a big strong cunt like that do?

    He's also scoring tries.

  12. Maroon_Faithful M Faithful

Er, you know, all the other parts of being a winger.

  13. Mr Fourex MR Fourex

other than running hard and scoring tries .......

He's also upped his work load in looking for the ball and taking hit ups.
Hasn't gone too bad under the high ball either.

Woods is really long odds to play Game 1. That's pretty significant because it means Cordner could be captain for the next 5 years for getting the jump on him.

Good to see Cricsim back up and running

What I would pick for Origin 1 - not what will:

    1.Tedesco
    2.Trbojevic
    3.Hayne
    4.Leilua/Walker
    5.B.Morris
    6. Bird
    7. Maloney
    8. Gallen
    9.Peats
    10.Fifita
    11.Cordner
    12.Graham
    13.Frizell

    14. Austin
    15. Trbojevic
    16. Klemmer
    17. Woods

  16. Benny BS Read

Realised I forgot Vaughan I'd have him ahead Trbojevic or if Woods isn't fit he'd come in there

  17. Cribbage RG Cribb

If Fifita plays it should definitely be off the bench IMO. Especially given Trbojevic and Woods are there; they're much better suited to starting.

Daley's entertaining the idea of Finucane/De Belin/Trbojevic up front, off the bench. He wants a smaller, more mobile pack.

    Pretty happy about that tbh.

Gallen and Woods are no chance of playing in Game 1. Woods may even miss Game 2.
