    Yow Yeh was a gun player with a lot of potential to get even better before his injury. It would be really inspiring for him to make a return to first grade rugby league and actually continue to make an impact on the field like he used to.

    I'm hitching my wagon to Ollie Olds though because I know a guy from Leeds who keeps telling me he's awesome; I think he's dual-contracted to Ipswich/Brisbane.

    I knew next to nothing about Strasser except that he was supposed to a natural half, but it turns out he was a fullback before last year. So we'll have a 5/8th and a fullback in the halves either way.

    He's 21; Welsh bloke. Was signed up by Leeds in his teens and was meant to be the next big thing but injuries really held him back, I don't think he ended up playing first grade for them (above highlights are from Under 21s or something). He moved over to Australia near the end of last season, signed with Ipswich, played one game or something before getting injured again. It looks like he'll be able to get through his first ever full pre-season this season unless he gets injured at training, so fingers crossed.

    Ankle/knee. I'd be highly surprised if he turned out for the Broncos this season, I'm not even sure he's technically eligible to at the moment, but I'm hoping for a big year in the Queensland Cup from him; mainly just keen to see him get through the whole year without being injured tbh.
