cbf making a new thread but the first two songs from the new album are brilliant. Throwback to sounds from Down the River. So pumped considering I didn't like I am Very Far at all.
I am very Far had a couple of songs that were alright but on the whole it was a huge let down from their other stuff. Still the most fun show I've been to.
Have heard two songs from The Silver Gymnasium so far: It Was My Season which I really enjoyed. And Stay Young which I have to say sounded like some dire 80's inspired pop song and lowered my expectations for the album.
I'm not sure if you guys will be able to access this outside of the USA but the new record is available for stream on NPR
