    This is a pretty average thread, with the trades you have listed you may as well just convert this thread into "Good players in the draft who were taken after bad players" as that's all you seem to be basing the trades on..

    Was more a question. And nah not really.

    KPF's and harder to find then KPB's and Riewoldt is in the top 5 forwards, whereas Reid maybe gets into the top 10 backs.

    Have a look at the second trade you posted... both sides could have taken all bar one of those players that you listed. Has no relevance to the trade itself.

    Richmond and Collingwood already both had picks under 8 before this trade took place, so I'm just confused as to why you listed them missing out on Corey, Glass, Murphy and Green as if that was a fault of the trade they made.

    The deal: Fremantle trade Steven Koops to Western Bulldogs for Pick 19
    What could have been: David Mundy (pick 19)

    That year we also traded #20 for Peter Street, but no one really good went in the next ten or so picks.
