    People grossly overrate picks anyway. 60% chance of drafting a 100 game player with a first rounder.

    Look at top 3-5 picks over the last 10 years. Would say there's at least a 15% bust rate and I'd say only 20-25% are worth a top 3 pick 5 years later.

    Considerable risk.
